Tour de Romandie

The Tour de Romandie is an important sporting event that attracts attention far beyond our borders. Thanks to its warm and unifying nature, the event brings together the entire population and all the cantons of French-speaking Switzerland under one roof. It is therefore a powerful promotional vector for French-speaking Switzerland, its tourism and its economy. It offers the public a fascinating spectacle and television viewers excellent images.

He occupies an important position in the international cycling calendar and increases its interest among the media thanks to its valuable values: it is a prestigious and mythical cycling race that allows cultural and tourist discoveries.

Every year, he gathers the best teams in the world, in particular the 18 UCI WorldTeams. They compete in all the classic, so-called historic races and in the three Grand Tours (Giro d’Italia, Tour de France and Vuelta a España).

Avesco Rent has supported the organisation of the Tour de Romandie as an official co-sponsor for over 10 years now. Since 2022, we have also supported the Women’s Tour in autumn.

Among other things, our teams are mobilised to set up VIP areas, provide power generators for television and rent conveyor machines.
