Patrouille des glaciers 2024 - Pictures finally arrived!

Avesco Rent again had the opportunity to contribute to the organization of the Patrouille des Glaciers 2024.

The Patrouille des Glaciers (website) takes place every two years, and our company has participated for several years as an equipment supplier, particularly in the energy sector.

From a logistical point of view, it is a challenge for our teams to assemble all these different machines, including 18 ESE20 generators and 14 Apollo Gifas neon lights, and install them in extreme weather conditions, with temperatures reaching -30°C this year. All the machines were transported by helicopter to their final location.

A little anecdote: for this edition, we had to wait until the end of May 2024 to retrieve two of our machines that were stuck in the ice! But not to worry, they were able to restart immediately.
