AVESCO RENT RECEIVES THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CERTIFICATION

For the third consecutive year, we are proud to announce that Avesco Rent has been certified by Caterpillar GOLD in the Rental Service Excellence Program and SILVER in the Dealer Heavy Rent Excellence Program.

This success is the result of a performance that combines innovation, digitalization and operational excellence.

Here are some key projects that have been completed this year:

• Particular attention was paid to the management of customer requests made directly on our site (e-lead), now directly linked to a new CRM and Pricing software.
• On the customer side, the experience within the branches has been improved thanks to various branding projects and the integration of touch terminals.
• Finally, a record score was recorded for the customer loyalty rate and a special mention was also obtained for effective communication regarding Covid-19 (Best Worldwide Performance in Rental).
