General Contact form
Filing an anonymous alert
To this end, employees, customers, suppliers and third parties have the opportunity, in particular via this contact form, to address their concerns or comments directly to management.
You can use this form to provide your identity and contact details or to submit your comments anonymously. Please bear in mind that we cannot contact you if you provide us with information anonymously and that we may therefore not be able to follow up your information appropriately. Don’t forget that you can also only provide an anonymous mobile phone number or e-mail address, if applicable from a third party, provided that the third party has given their consent. If the information is not specific enough for us to take action, it is helpful if you give us the opportunity to contact you. We assure you that requests made using this form will only be sent to management and will be treated as confidential. However, we reserve the right, depending on the case and at the discretion of management, to pass your request on to a mediator, who will be subject to a strict obligation of confidentiality.
If you have been the victim of a crime or if you believe that a crime has been committed by another person, this contact form is not a substitute for making a complaint to the police. However, using this contact form does not rule out the possibility of filing a complaint with the police at a later date. We simply ask you to use this contact option responsibly, making a clear distinction between suppositions and proven facts, as this may result in very different measures, which may sometimes have important legal consequences (in terms of employment law) for those who may be incriminated by your report.
