INAUGURATION OF OUR E-TRUCK FROM PUIDOUX

With the inauguration of our e-truck last Tuesday 26 October, we demonstrated once again that innovation and responsiveness are rooted in the daily lives of the 140 employees of Avesco Rent. We are proud to be a partner, in this world premiere, of Friderici Spécial Trasporti, with which we have been collaborating for several years.

The electric truck presented today in Puidoux is designed to deliver cars between the various Avesco Rent agencies. This inter-agency transport will therefore now be completely CO2 neutral in its operation, which consequently reduces the carbon footprint of construction sites. The new vehicle will make five weekly laps across Switzerland, before returning to Avesco Rent’s headquarters in Puidoux (VD) in the evening to be recharged with electricity.

The inauguration trip of our E-truck started in Puidoux, towards Oftringen, then towards Basel, and then again in Puidoux. It took place without technical problems and demonstrated, once again, the efficiency of our vehicle.
