Whether to provide temporary premises during renovation work, to meet an urgent
need for additional premises (e.g. for a school) or accommodation,
or to accommodate construction site “living bases”.

Avesco Rent’s modular construction solutions comply with legislation, are a fast solution, 100% customisable and, above all, durable.

These buildings can easily have a lifespan of 20 to 30 years,
which makes them considerably more attractive in terms of their carbon footprint.

Avesco Rent has decided to gradually replace the traditional electric heating systems
with heat pumps in medium and long-term projects.

In due course, all modules will be equipped accordingly.

This conversion will enable a further increase in the comfort and sustainability of our units.

The additional price will be offset by the consistent savings in energy costs.

Once fully retrofitted, our containers will have an energy coefficient equivalent
to that of a fixed building of the very latest generation.

The modules are heated and can be air-conditioned to provide greater comfort in all seasons.

Rental or sale

Modular buildings are available for rent or sale. Building site facilities

The sustainability of construction sites also includes a long-lasting temporary infrastructure. An essential part of building sites are the so-called base vie / on-site facilities. Workers take their meals and breaks there, warm up or cool down, depending on the season. It is thus important to ensure the best possible comfort. Our modules are particularly suitable and comply with SUVA regulations, which require facilities to be equipped with heating and air conditioning. Temporary classrooms

Whether for renovation or construction work or to cope with a temporary increase in the number of pupils, public institutions resort to mobile structures. With Avesco Rent’s solutions, the temporary premises can be adapted to meet the needs. Furniture, special fittings, wall colour, wooden flooring: everything can be chosen to make the temporary building feel like a permanent place. Reorganization of the work spaces of our head office in Puidoux.

We are taking advantage of the end of the year 2022 to expand our administrative headquarters in Puidoux. A new conference room has been built by our mobile construction department. This space is composed of 3 glass containers and contains all the equipment necessary for a good meeting. We would like to thank our teams for their precious help in moving and setting up this space in only 3 hours!
